Terms of Service

By accessing or using my.behaviorprep.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BehaviorPREP.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

BehaviorPREP provides an online exam preparation and professional development platform for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and related professionals. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnostic mock examinations with detailed performance reports
• Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and Professional Development Unit (PDU) courses
• Supervision tracking and documentation tools
• Live and recorded educational events
• Study resources, infographics, and instructional content

BehaviorPREP is a BACB ACE Provider. CEU credits are awarded in accordance with BACB guidelines. It is your responsibility to verify that any course meets your specific certification renewal requirements.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@behaviorprep.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. BehaviorPREP is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in this section.

Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not completed more than one (1) mock examination or accessed more than 20% of any purchased course content. After this window, no refunds will be issued. To request a refund, contact support@behaviorprep.com with your order details.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

BehaviorPREP reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance for existing subscribers.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to examination questions, diagnostic reports, course materials, infographics, videos, and software — is the exclusive property of BehaviorPREP or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or sell any Platform content without prior written consent from BehaviorPREP.

Examination questions and diagnostic report content may not be shared, posted, or reproduced in any format, including on social media, study groups, or third-party platforms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Share, reproduce, or distribute examination content or diagnostic reports
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract Platform software or data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape Platform content
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt Platform infrastructure or security
• Share account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

BehaviorPREP content is designed for educational and professional development purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes clinical supervision, legal advice, or a guarantee of examination passage or certification.

Mock examination results and diagnostic reports are tools to support your study process. They do not predict actual BACB examination outcomes. Certification decisions are made exclusively by the BACB, which is not affiliated with BehaviorPREP.

As a BACB ACE Provider, BehaviorPREP issues CEU certificates for eligible completed courses. It is your sole responsibility to verify that courses meet your certification body's requirements before enrollment. BehaviorPREP does not guarantee acceptance of any CEU by any licensing board or certifying organization other than the BACB.

CEU certificates are issued electronically upon verified course completion. Certificates are non-transferable and may not be altered.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BehaviorPREP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to pass any examination.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to BehaviorPREP in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BehaviorPREP and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

BehaviorPREP may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful to other users, the Platform, or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
